Refund Eligibility
1. Web Hosting Services
- Full refunds are available within 7 business days of purchase for any web hosting service.
- Refunds are not available after 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, the hosting service must not have exceeded 50% of the allocated bandwidth or storage limits.
2. Domain Registration
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed, as registration fees are paid to domain registries immediately upon purchase.
- If a domain registration fails due to technical issues on our end, a full refund will be provided.
3. Business Email Services
- Refunds for business email services are available within 7 business days of purchase.
- After 7 business days, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service period.
4. Additional Services
- SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, and other add-on services are non-refundable once activated.
- Setup fees and migration services are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your account details, service name, and reason for the refund request.
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Domain registration fees
- Domain transfer fees
- SSL certificates
- Dedicated IP addresses
- Setup and migration fees
- Custom development work
- Services purchased at a discounted or promotional rate after the refund period has expired
Cancellations
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team. Please note:
- Cancellations must be requested before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- No refunds will be issued for partial months of service unless within the 7-day refund period.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your services until the end of the current billing period.
- All data will be permanently deleted 30 days after service termination unless otherwise requested.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- Your account and services will be immediately suspended.
- We will contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery.
- Future services may be denied if chargebacks are deemed fraudulent.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Service Guarantees
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. In the event of extended downtime:
- Service credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.
- Service credits do not constitute monetary refunds but can be applied to future billing.
- Downtime must be reported within 7 days of occurrence to qualify for credits.
Exceptions
Blue Streak Domains reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be granted for:
- Technical issues preventing service usage despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service failures that significantly impact business operations
All exception requests will be reviewed by our management team.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. Your continued use of our services after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
